Hi Everyone,

I know you've been busy these past few weeks doing your homework and preparing for your PSLE. I'll do some blogging on behalf of the class.

I know everyone is trying their best for the PSLE. Let's all work hard together.

We're having prelims oral this week and listening comprehension will be next. However, try to exercise when you've some free time. Exercise will help you to be less stressful.

OK, I'll stop for now. Will do more updates again soon. Take care of your health and well-being.

moshi moshi~
hi again! This is c.J.x...hmm, today, i've got more jokes to share! Hope it isn't too lame for you...ahahahas. Never mind, i shall write them down fer y'all...

A man was concerned about his dog so he took his dog to the vet. He said worriedly, "My dog is crossed-eyed, is there anything wrong with him?" The vet held up the dog and said, "Well..." the man was getting jittery. "I'm gonna have to put him down," he finally said. "What? Just because he is cross-eyed?!" "No," said the vet, "It's because he's too heavy."

What do you call twin policemen?

"So," said the lawyer, taking down his gold-rimmed spectacles, "You want to divorce your husband because he is careless about his appearance?" "Yes, said the wife haughtily. "He hasn't appeared for 2 years."

Two men were arrested. One was arrested for eating battery acid and the other ate fireworks. One man was 'charged' and the other was 'let off'.

Well, i'll have to save all of the jokes for next time, ok? I'll leave the others to provide funnier jokes and maybe some things on our sch matters. Oh, hahas. Ok, gotta go,

I desperately need a cup of coffee. I'm falling asleep fast... Here are some mysteries to solve while I fetch myself a nice cup of hot coffee.

The Case Of The Arctic Explorer
Sir James Harvey, aged bachelor and famed explorer of the North Pole, wad found murdered in his bedroom.

The $40,000 in thousand-dollar bills, which he was known to keep in his wall safe, was missing.

The police concluded that the criminal or criminals had concealed the money in the house, perhaps in something brought along for the purpose, expecting to recover it later.

This surmise was founded upon James's eccentric precautions. A visitor might gain admission to his estate unchallenged. But no one, including the servants, could leave without being challenged by a series of private guards.

On the day Sir James's possessions were put on auction, Dr. Haledjian joined Sheriff Monahan in the explorer's museum.

"The sale starts in here," said the sheriff. "But every stick in the house will be sold today or tomorrow."

An auctioneer had begun to enumerate for the crowd of buyers the museum's objects, describing them as Sir James's favorite mementos of his five trips to the Artic.

The objects included a groups of stuffed animals -- two polar bears and a penguin -- three stuff fish, and an assortment of Eskimo clothing, untensils, and weapons.

"The murderer has to be in the house," said the sheriff. "But my men can't watch all the rooms."

"Rest at ease," said Haledjian. "He or an accomplice is in this room, ready to make a purchase."

How did Haledjian know?

Highlight below for the answer:

Haledjian realized the criminal had hidden the money in his own prop -- the one thing in the museum which didn't belong with a collection of North Pole objects. The stuffed penguin.

The criminal forgot that penguins live in the South, not the North, Pole!

mOsHi MoShi~
hi again evrybody, since there is nothing much to say, and i am followin Crazykenken's wish(hahas), i shall produce a few jokes fer y'all. As the saying goes-Laughter is the B3St medicine...right? hahas. Okie, here they are......

How can you know that you are getting old?
Ans: You go to an auction and four people bid for you.

Adam and Joseph were talking about their families. Said Adam, "My grandfather was a very good conductor before he died."
"Was he a musician?" Joseph asked.
"No, he was struck by lightning."

The king had a very beautiful daughter and he locked her inside a castle. He gave her tons of gifts but dressed her in filthy rags. Every night, she would wait for a handsome knight to save her. But all the knights would flee when they saw her. :How can they resist my beauty?" the princess complained. "The king was right," laughed a guard. "No knight would want to rescue a damsel in that dress."

A chemist walked into a pharmacy and asks, "Do you have any acetylsalicylic acid?" The pharmacist says, "Do you mean aspirin?" "Thats it!" said the chemist, slapping his forehead. "I can never remember that word."

What did the big candle say to the small candle?
You're too young to go out just as yet.

Well, was that funny? I think it's ok...
Hope my jokes aren't too lame for y'all!

Bonsowa-ru (Good Evening) everyone!

Joke Title: Walk on Water

Joey had heard a family rumor that his father, his grand-father and even his great-grandfather, all "walked on water" on their 21st birthday. Well today was his 21st birthday and if they could do it, so could he.
So, off he went in a boat with his friend Eric. When he got out in the middle of the lake, he got up and stepped out of the boat....and nearly drowned.
The next day, Joey asked his grandmother why he wasn't given the same gift as the others in his family. The grandmother told him that his father, grand-father and great-grandfather had all been born in February...not in August as was he.

Hmm, like it? And yah, Mr Goh, i'm waiting for your upcoming pictures =]
Another Joke...

Joke Title: Comments at your Funeral

Three friends die in a car accident and they go to an orientation in heaven. They are all asked, "When you are in your casket and friends and family are mourning you, what would you like to hear them say about you?
The first guy says,"I would like to hear them say that I was a great doctor of my time, and a great family man."
The second guy says, "I would like to hear that I was a wonderful husband and school teacher which made a huge difference in our children of tomorrow."
The last guy replies, "I would like to hear them say ... Look, He's Moving!

Hmm, nothing much to write as the others have already post.. I have just added quite a few music videos, i hope you all would like it.

Why i have my passion for dancing?
When I'm in a bad mood,
I can choose my favourite song and dance with the beat,
while forgetting my troubles.
My passion for dancing would never end
as you would know what's beautiful when you dance.
Dance with me?

5 Reasons why gossip is bad:

1.Whatever the gossip is, it may not be true
2.You may hurt others' feelings
3.People will think of you as very nosey
4.Talking bad behind others' backs isn't good
5.People think you have some sort of 'unquenchable thirst for secrets'

Think about it over a

P.S. This is not my idea, so don't blame me for being lame.

Yoz everyone!
How are all my favourite peeps today? Fine i hopez.
Well, another report about what happened in class today.
We started off with English today.
We did a comprehension entitled " Letters to Leah (1) "
It was a comprehension about this girl named Tessa who lost her best friend and the letters she writes to her.
Pretty Touching i must say. Agree everybody? Nvm if you don't, its my personal opinion.

Then when we finished, it was time for Science!
Well, we got back our Classification Post Test today, I got full marks! Hurray!
Some others as well, but sadly some ppl got lesser than they had in the Pre Test but i think most of us got better marks than our Pre Test bah.
Then we went through our Christian Brother School Paper Section A and our Preliminary Examination Paper Section A as well, then Science lesson ended.
Then Mr Goh came back and we continued to go through our Maths Preliminary Paper that we were supposed to complete during the Study Camp in June during the Self Study period. Then it was time for the Prefects to leave for their Prefect Duty. Soon after, went for Recess.
Then after recess when we came back, we continued going through our Maths Preliminary Paper and then proceeded on to go through the Christian Brother School English paper. While we were marking our papers, Mr Goh gave us a Maths Paper to complete if i'm not wrong its the Loyang School Paper rite? Nvm, but sorry if it's not.
Then it was time for Social Studies, we finished up our workbook and then we ended the lesson. So short lesson.Only half an hour.
Then it was time for Chinese, well, us normal chinese pupils did some opinion counts thing today about some girl called Xiu Xia and her teacher. I'm not sure what the higher chinese pupils did, then we were supposed to make a small book on how we can help Xiu Xia if we were her teacher. Then after that, we went for lunch.
Then we proceeded back to class for our Chinese Composition class, we normal chinese pupils did a chinese composition on " An Honest Brother". Soon after finishing, we went back home.Well, that's about all we did today, now i betta go. Bye for now then!
Adiyos! (Bye!)

J i a x i n: Moshi moshi!!!
hi everybody once again! Now, i've got some more cool news to share with everybody!
<**~SCIENCE~**>
Hmm...some of our students, (like me), are chosen to do the Science project (sci project) as a 3-D model by miss lee for exhibition at the Science Centre. Do your best, all of you who are chosen, and the deadline is by the end of the month. For enquiries, pls go n find Miss Lee...

Hmm..i know that y'all are sad that the Malacca trip is cancelled, but there will be a study camp (i'd rather call it fun camp) in its place...so all of you don't be sad. Ok? Hahas.

For all those Normal Chinese people, 'jian bao' will be continuing from this week onwards again...

And...please, everybody take cre of your books. My English Txtbk and Valerie's txtbk was stolen by somebody. If that somebody reads this, i hope he/she will own up and give us back the books...

Ok, that's all i have to say,
Gam Sa Ham Ni Da, (thank you) for reading,
And hope that we will be able to publish more interesting news...

Hi everyone! The others have said almost everything already, i've got nothing to say. But anyway, i'll just say something about gb then.

We're having this annual GB fortnight from 16 to 30 of July 2006. During this fortnight, we seek the financial support of friends, family and well-wishers and supporters to help raise funds needed for the year's work. Our budget for this year is about $500,000. Please take note that this budget is for all the gb companies in Singapore. So don't think that this budget is for the 28th coy only(we're not that greedy. lol)

Our company is sort of like going "bankrupt" soon. We do not have a lot of money and many activities are coming up. So, through this fortnight, we hope that you will help us raise funds so that we will not have to worry about our financial needs.

We look forward to your support and encouragement as we participate in this fund-raising activity. We hope you all will donate generously to us. Thank you and God bless you and your family.

*I wrote this cause' i got nothing else to write.... lol

Hi everyone!
Now for maybe some things to say bout today, I dun tink much lar.
Johann and Sherilyn haf written most of the stuff already.
Oh Yah! We maybe havin another study camp in September to sort of make up for the Malaaca trip.
Nothing has been confirmed yet though.
But some things did happen in class today.
First to start of with our P.E. lesson,
Ten Girls that were divided into two teams played basketball
On one side was Me, Yan Ting, Pamela, Xin Hui and Jia Min
On the other side was Jassy, Joey,Yan Bin, Amirinazeb and Jessica
The other girls just fooled around with the balls and maybe some played captain ball if i'm not wrong.
Meanwhile the boys played soccer.
i dont' really know how they divided themselves though.
For us girls, my team won with the score 7 - 2 . Hurray!

Then we went for Art & Crafts in the Computer Lab, Cyber Com.
Ms Lee our Art teacher asked us to go to some program called Kid Cad and do somethings on it.
She also allowed us to play some games and do whatever we wanted for the last 10-15 minutes.
Then we went back to class for Mr Goh's lesson.
Mr Goh talked to us about the use of correction tape in Psle and then we started practicing our spelling as we were supposed to have spelling today.
But however, there was insufficient time for us to have our spelling before recess as the prefects had to to leave for their prefect duty and we also had to go change out of our P.E attires.
So we had it after recess, we also marked our Mathematics Preliminary Examination that we did during the study camp during the Self-Study period.
Mr Goh joked with Jassy as he saw that Jassy was practicing her chinese spelling today as well.
Mr Goh thought that she was chanting something or that she was talking to herself then he approached her and askd her to practice her chinese spelling in front of him.
But however she refused to and said that she had finished practicing her chinese spelling.
Then Mr Goh left and returned back to his table and started joking with Nurul's group as well.
i shall not elaborate on that too much now.
Then, the higher chinese pupils left for their Chinese lesson in 6A, i don't know what they did there but us normal chinese pupils listened to each other's casettes that our chinese teacher requested us to do during the June Holidays.
Well, then we did our chinese workbooks and soon after left for home.
Now i think i that's about all i have to say about today. I'll try to blog again soon!

May God Bless You!

Ok, enough of that already, lets get to some 'Matters'

Sports
Congrats to our A-boys and B-boys who got 1st and 2nd place respectively!~ Our school accumulated a total of 20 trophies, made up from 7 Golds, 8 Silvers and 5 Bronze. Hoorah~

No usage of correction tape/liquid during PSLE
During PSLE, we are not allowed to use correction tape/fluid because:
-There is a Loss of time when students wait for the correction fluid to dry
-Students write their answers when the fluid is still moist, making the answers unclear
-They may make the pages stick together

Since we are not allowed to use correcton tape/fluid, we will have to cancel neatly.

No Malacca trip *Boo Hoo*
There will NOT be any Malacca trip for our class as the idea was not approved of...

Our newest AND final member
We have given JiaXin the password for this blog and she will be the final member. I know we said that we will be recruiting only 5 members, but hey~ anyone can change their minds!

The list of members should look like this now:

Perhaps, a joke for you all would be nice?
[Math Problems]

Young Larry stopped by the corner grocery store and read the following list to the clerk:

  • 10 pounds sugar at $1.25 a pound
  • 4 pounds coffee at $1.50 a pound
  • 2 pounds butter at $1.10 a pound
  • 2 bars soap at $.83 each bar.

"How much does that come to?" asked Larry."Twenty-two dollars and thirty-six cents.""If I gave you three ten dollar bills, how much change would I get?" said the boy."Seven dollars and sixty-four cents," stated the clerk who appeared to be irritated by all the questions.

Larry said, as he disappeared through the door, "I don't want to buy the items...that's our arithmetic lesson for tomorrow, and I needed some help with it."

Was that funny? To me, a little bit.

And- I've just added 5 pictures to the "Photos Galore"...
